hello!!
today woke up at 7+am!!
9 + go training
10.10am start
what the hell
only like 6 ppl turn up
zzz...
shuying better come for Monday one
other wise is left 2 training
for u to learn the orientation thing

then the run here n there thing
20 mins later,
break time...
5 mins later after break time..
fall back..
do the hard target practicing
break a while...actually very long
then start doing the flip here and there
then i some fall down
the seniors all so sweaty... i a bit..

then flying kick ROAR!!!

whole leg pain...

go there prepare the ingredients!!

in the end the cake is perfect when we finish decorating
